I have been designing jewellery and accessories since completing my degree in Fine Art - Gold and Silversmithing at R.M.I.T.
My career highlights include my role as Jewellery Designer for Mimco, producing the first jewellery and spring racing collections for the brand in it’s early years, and the launch of my own accessories label House of Baulch, for which I was creative director from 2007 till 2013.
In addition to my capsule jewellery collections, I enjoy creating theatrical and extravagant hand made bespoke pieces for private clients, performers and musicians, and have produced a number of couture accessory collections that have been featured on the fashion runway.
My commercial designs are made in limited runs to ensure that every piece is a collectible classic. All pieces not made in my Melbourne workshop are produced with small makers and factories where the quality and craftsmanship is of the highest standard, and are manufactured ethically, with a consideration for those involved in this process and with respect for the environment.
I delight in the creative process and the art of making and it gives me great pleasure to see others wearing, enjoying and interpreting my pieces in their own sartorial way.
